14.01.2022 Getting close to first start with the dry sump. Winter holiday has interrupted progress.

14.01.2022 Gearbox/selector just lasted to finish the cool down lap. Could only find first out of parc ferme and the clutch was very very low. Bit of work before Sandy hops in the car next weekend at Mallala for the last Regularity round of the year.

Light weight BE3/BE4 plate LSD $1450 DS3/208GTi/RCZ Torque biasing LSD $1375 They also have limited slip differentials for BMW, Ford, Mitubishi EVO, Subaru WRX, Honda, Hyundai, Renault, Toyota, Suzuki Swift 1.3, Suzuki Vitara, VW 02 and Fiat Uno Turbo.

11.01.2022 The newest project arrived. 308GTI 270hp 1200kg 1.6 turbo. A little more damaged than hoped for but the car already has aftermarket discs and suspension fitted, so swings and roundabouts.

08.01.2022 Dry sump has arrived. New style wheels. Passenger side is being shuffled to fit tank. Engine bay still empty for a week or two. Feels like we are in the home straight though.

07.01.2022 The car is on the hoist more than the track at the moment. Hopefully the head is back Monday after melting a spark plug. Fuel surge tank was mounted today. Hoses going in Tuesday, along with head, accusump and associated wiring. Hoping for dyno Thursday, practice Friday and racing (probably in the other car) on the weekend.
