19.01.2022 We are suppose to be in Esk at a Zone muster with our Zone friends, but of course we can’t get across the border!!! A couple of weeks ago we did a very successful Pork, tonight’s experiment is Rolled Lamb on a spit, I’ll keep you posted on how successful we are

16.01.2022 Greg started the morning with a walk over to Little Bay, cooked me a lovely breakfast then we went exploring, and yes even a little walk for me up to the lighthouse, nearly killed me, those who know me well know I DON’T WALK , now a glass or two of wine and dinner . A beautiful day!!!
