22.01.2022 You may have noticed my feed had been a little bit quiet and that’s because after 3 losses my husband and I are expecting our miracle baby in April! This is my last order until after baby arrives. I’ve had to listen to my body and slow down but in this break I’ll definitely be experimenting and practicing at home. 15.01.2022 Christmas baking part 1! These are a Croatian dessert called Kiflice. My mum used to make these every year for Christmas and Easter. I never thought to learn the recipe before she moved back to Europe but thanks to my cousin I now know how to make them as well! Because I’m much slower in the kitchen being 24 weeks pregnant and all my dear friend came over and helped me make these. Stay tuned more Christmas baking to come. From Bec xo

09.01.2022 Šape are another Croatian dessert family favourite of ours. I promised my brother I’d make these for Christmas Eve and was very surprised with how quick and easy they were to make. They are a walnut shortbread biscuit typically served at Christmas and Easter. Still got two more things to bake for Christmas and then I’m done! From Bec xo
