When we got our hands on her, she was rotten, army green with only a wardrobe and a set of table and chairs inside. For years we wondered if the large servery door was original and what its purpose may have been. What an amazing use of space in such a cool little van. So proud to be able to give her another life. 11.01.2022 Quick and easy Breakfast smoothie 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or regular milk 1 cup fresh berries (I use a combination of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries) 1-2 cups of ice (depending on how thick you want your smoothie to be) or add a frozen banana ... 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla) Handful of baby spinach 1 Tbs of honey or maple syrup 2 Tbs of oats Pop ingredients into blender. Blend for 90secs, and enjoy!!
