25.01.2022 There is a lot of fear mongering by the media surrounding the Corona virus at the moment. If you are worried about it, make sure you continue to follow good personal hygiene. Washing your hands properly with soap and water is just as effective as using hand sanitiser, and better for you. There are some great herbs that treat respiratory viruses and high dose Vit C will be useful as well.

Which usually gets met with but that lady said it was safe. Of course it is their choice who they listen to, the person with the degree in natural medicine who is fully qualified or the person who attended a sales seminar. Lou has a range of things that she makes such as custom made covers and bags for various medical and mobility aids. Pictured is a cushion cover for a wheelchair cushion she made for a young boy with EDS (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome).He loves it as he was allowed to pick the material, he chose the zebra pattern because Zebras are the symbol for people with EDS. She has made covers for walkers, insulin pump bags for diabetics and a range of other things. 12.01.2022 It is NEVER a good idea to ingest essential oils. Statements such as "food grade" essential oils are a marketing statement, there are NO essential oils approved for ingesting by the TGA. Those people that tell you it is safe to ingest have marketing and sales training NOT health care qualifications.

12.01.2022 I advise pregnant clients to avoid caffeine during pregnancy. And while herbal teas are a safer alternative, there are still some that need to be avoided during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. If in doubt, the best thing to do is to avoid until you have consulted with your health care provider.

Keep up the good hygiene practices and remember that there are some members of the community who are more at risk at any time from any contagion going around. By keeping yourself healthy or keeping yourself isolated if sick you help them as well.
