24.01.2022 To all the mothers out there, have a great day today with your families! I hope you all get spoilt :)

23.01.2022 Lovely morning to come down to the markets. I'm back at the usual spot again this morning after a week absence :)

23.01.2022 Sorry to those that missed out on a Peppernut or Tempting Trio today at the markets. Good chance I will do a mid-week batch before I head to Perth on Friday. So if anyone is interested please drop me a line here, email or sms :) Cheers again for all the support and very kind words!

22.01.2022 Great way to start the week; chilli pizza, dark ale & a cracking finish to the footy! #peppernut #chilliv'ausage. Peppernut tastes great melted btw!

21.01.2022 So after a few busy days I'm a little pooped. Just wanted to say a quick shout out to everyone who came down and tried and/or bought anything. The support, kind words and lovely conversations were very much appreciated. I am very open to any and all feedback or questions, so please feel free to drop me a line. I will be back at the Sunday markets next week and hopefully i will be a bit more organised and will let you know in advance what i will be stocking for the week. Many thanks again, and I hope everyone has a wonderfully enjoyable and safe week!

19.01.2022 My weaknesses...anything sweet, lol.

19.01.2022 Hello :) I will not be at markets for the long weekend (4th June), so if you are wanting anything over the next two weeks come down to the markets tomorrow, or PM me anytime if you have a request, and I might be able to assist. On a side note I have a new v'ausage this week, with a Mexican flavour to it (enchilada sauce & Peppernut mixed in there). Have a great rest of your weekend everyone :)

18.01.2022 So today is World Refugee Day. Just wanted to share this video with everyone and a few thoughts on my first few days of the ration challenge. So have had some realisations personally since starting this challenge: 1. How much I habitually eat, be it from boredom, emotionally or just for the sheer pleasure of it. My visits to the fridge and cupboard have decrease dramatically. I do have to keep constantly reminding myself not to eat or be tempted, 2. How little I really need f...ood wise to survive and how much I binge eat (like a whole box of shapes or oreos...oops). 3. How bad my sugar cravings are and how much I eat out of want not need. And how blurred the line between these two is in our modern day life. 4. How much time I do spend cooking (which I do love). 5. That i currently live to eat not the other way round, though this does change depending on my circumstances. 6. My god white rice is boring and I do not wish to eat plain rice again for some time after this week! It has been harder than expected, but also a real eye opener. On Sunday after the markets and work I just wanted to have a cider, but no alcohol, instead I had plain rice & oil (yum!). It has also been funny to see that when you really lose yourself in something (we have all been here before) that even your most basic needs (such as food and water) fade to irrelevance. I am also drinking much more water in place of food, so it isn't all bad :) So tomorrow is work, so that will be interesting to see how my energy levels are going. Anyway, enough of an update for now, if you would like to help please feel free to visit my donation page https://actforpeace.rationchallenge.org.au/fund/timanderson https://www.facebook.com/actforpeace/videos/10155544305668701/

16.01.2022 Hi everyone, If anyone couldn't make it down to the markets today, I have some left over stock. PM me here if you are interested in grabbing any of it.

13.01.2022 Down at the Railway Markets again today. I have the same items again this week; chilli v'ausage, tamari v'ausage, peppernut, tempting trio, rooted dip, along with desserts; date'licious, tantalising treat & zesty lemon. Hope to see you down there :)

11.01.2022 So after some faffing around, this Sunday (23rd April) at the Geraldton Railway Markets from 8am-12pm I will be having my first food market stall, selling artesian plant-based food. All the food is handmade, vegan friendly and gluten-free, and there will be free samples of all my products. Look for the ‘From the Ground Up’ signs in the undercover part of the platform. Speaking of products I will have the following available for purchase this week: - Two lines of vegetable s...ausages. - Three lines of soft or dipping, cheese-like food; and - Some ready-to-eat raw desserts. In the meantime if you have any questions, feel free to ask me here or in person on Sunday.I hope to see you there. Photos of the final products will hopefully be put up over the next few days. Many thanks Tim :)

11.01.2022 Hello everyone, This Sunday (25th) will be my last markets for about three weeks. So come down and stock up. Also the chilli and tamari v'ausages will be $4 this week, as I am clearing out my frozen stock. Hope to see you down there.

06.01.2022 Down at the Railway Markets again. I have the sand products as last week, plus a grated cashew style Parmesan & also a rosemary & park popcorn :)

05.01.2022 Hello everyone :) So I have no idea what possessed me, but I have decided to take part in the Act for Peace Ration Challenge during Refugee Week, and am opening my eyes to what it's like for refugees to survive on rations. From 18-24 June I will be eating the same rations as a Syrian refugee - just a small amount of rice, lentils, chick peas, tofu, oil and kidney beans. That's it. No tea, sweets (oh that will be hard) or alcohol. Oh man what have I signed up for! The money ra...ised will provide refugees with urgently needed food rations, medical care and education. And most importantly, we’ll be showing refugees we're with them, not against them. While it would be great if people were to sponsor me and show some monetary support for this cause (btw it is a great tax deduction to have just before end of financial year), more importantly I hope it can raise some awareness of what life as a refugee is really like. And possibly also rethink how we as a country on the whole treats those seeking refuge in Australia. At the very least I encourage you to watch this great little show: http://iview.abc.net.au/pro/you-cant-ask-that/LE1617H006S00 Anyway if you want to sponsor me, get some more information about the organisation Act for Peace or want to hear some more views from me about refugees, follow the link :) https://actforpeace.rationchallenge.org.au/fund/timanderson Thank you so much for your support and willingness to open your hearts and minds :)

04.01.2022 After a month off, I will be back at the Sunday markets this weekend (30th). My basil plantation has also run dry, so this will be your last chance to grab a tempting trio dip for a little while. Hope to see you Sunday :)

03.01.2022 Gotta love leftover fry up 'salads'

01.01.2022 Thanks to all those who braved the winds, rain and cooler weather at the markets today :) Much love to you and those from previous weeks for the continued support, it is very much appreciated :) Hope you all enjoy your upcoming weeks!
