19.01.2022 Removal of existing bar, bespoke bookshelves, bespoke wood paneling, glazed tiling, plastering, kitchen remodeling and decoration works to client's specifications.

13.01.2022 Client reported smells emanating from the shower area. After testing with a Protimeter Instrument, it was concluded that the shower was leaking. On removal of materials, we discovered that the base of the shower was bricks on top of the soil with a small screed over that. Over time this had settled causing the base to leak causing damage to adjacent walls and decoration.

07.01.2022 Removal of wall separating toilet from bathroom to make one much larger room. Install of shower tray and enclosure.
