18.01.2022 Great Story about one of my young QCUP players. David Murphys year is very inspirational. Released from his last year of his 20s contract with the Bulldogs. Dave went back to Cairns trained hard and got a opportunity to play QCUP at just 19. Played every game bar one this year, even knocked back a 20s deal with the Cowboys. All the best this weekend mate !!!! http://www.cairnspost.com.au//northern-pride-prop-dave-mur

13.01.2022 Congratulations to Cameron Munster on being named man of the match against the Titans tonight. Well played and well deserved
12.01.2022 Congratulations to CQ Under 15 Bid Team members Tom Farr & Liam Grant for outstanding performances over the weekend. Both boys played leading roles in a 10 all draw against Penrith & a comprehensive victory over Parramatta. Its a huge effort by the CQ boys playing away from home & over their highly fancied opposition. Nudgee College student Joe Small also played for the Parramatta team and was one of there standouts. well done boys !!!!
12.01.2022 Would like to wish these 2 champion blokes and players all the best in the NRL finals series that starts this weekend. Cam Munster will be playing in his first final in the NRL after a stellar debut year this season. While Chris is a experienced final campaigner embarking on his 5 straight year of finals. All the best boys, play well !!!!
11.01.2022 Watch Chris McQueen in the new Woolworths Commercial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3LmfArZF-pw&feature=youtu.be
07.01.2022 Cameron Munster is a great example of what you can achieve with a good attitude and work ethic. He is grabbing the headlines of late and we couldnt be prouder. I think we all agree with Daruis Boyd he would look in a Maroons Jersey, certainly better than as the Cookie Monster.
07.01.2022 Congratulations to Cameron Munster on being number 1 on NRL 360 Power Rankings for round 22. Terrific game Cameron. outstanding statistics !!!!

02.01.2022 All the best to these 3 champion players (Chris McQueen, Tom Opacic & Cameron Munster) at this weekends Auckland Nines. Also good luck to all my QCUP/Colts/CC/MM & SG ball players who have trial games this weekend. Another huge congratulations to Patrick Templeman who was named Captain of Wynnums QCUP side for 2016. Patrick joints a long list of champion players to lead such a great club. After a long off season the Footy is back !!!!
