11.01.2022 Exciting new project commencing monday. Frontline were engaged for total stripoout of LAKEMBA HOTEL. Scope Total Stripout of 32 accomodation rooms, 12 bathrooms... and common areas on first floor as well as propping and demo structural walls and openings. Total stripout of ground floor including 2 bars, bottle shop and concrete coolroom, gaming area, 3 large bathrooms, and create voids for light tunnels, propping and demo of structural walls.. Exernally works involve demolishing suspended verandahs, external fixings and removal of retaining walls and bitumen from carpark. Progess phots will be posted after commencement.. See more

10.01.2022 Small structural demo at Shellharbour today and tomorrow. Prop floors and upper level brickwork to demolish ground floor brickwork by hand. Building will be almost fully propped and most ground floor structural support walls demolished. Steel being installed Thursday.
