21.01.2022 Seasonal apprentice Chef needed for Woodfired Etc Tathra and Frostbite Kiosk Thredbo. We are looking for an enthusiastic 1st year apprentice to join our kitchen team. For this apprenticeship you must be passionate and eager to become a chef and willing to put in the hard yards. Experience in kitchens would be a bonus but not essential. This is a seasonal role which will have you learning the ropes of a Woodfired oven in summer, than moving with our team to Thredbo to work... in the snow during the winter months with breaks in between seasons.
