22.01.2022 Fruitbowl were proud to coordinate the registration and attendee hub for the William Adams Cat Live Festival held on Thursday 3 December at William Adams, Clayton. Our partners at NEXTGEN produced a five hour virtual event, streaming out to over 1000 attendees including a live cross to Tasmania. This event showcased Fruitbowl’s diverse range of skills ranging from registration management, graphic and content design, attendee correspondence and management to setting up and management of the attendee hub system with Live Q&A and thorough data analytics and reporting post event. The virtual event was a huge success with the client extremely pleased with the streamlined execution and service, which included a number of product sales during the event.

05.01.2022 We're excited to announce the Eltham Twilight Food and Wine Park which will be held each Saturday from 4pm - 9pm at the Eltham Mall Carpark, Arthur Street. It's been a long time since Fruitbowl has had an event in our home town and we can't wait! The event is a great opportunity for our community to get together in a COVIDSafe environment and catch up with friends. Commencing on the 6th February and running until the 27th March, the event will feature delicious street food, ...pop up bars and great music. 04.01.2022 "The show must go on", as they say. And though Covid put a spin (and pivot) in our plans last year, we hosted some terrific virtual events. Fruitbowl once again had the pleasure of being involved in the Japan Club of Victoria’s Sakura Picnic. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the fifth annual Sakura Picnic was held as an online event delivering a highly engaging and interactive experience whilst achieving all the original event objectives in line with COVID safe guidelines. We h...osted the event through Facebook Live on Sunday 8 November, comprising of a range of free entertainment from martial arts demonstrations, cooking and origami classes, beautiful cultural performances and a virtual tour of Banksia Park Cherry Grove. Fruitbowl coordinated the program of the event including the set and content design and filming schedule, which was challenging, and time restricted with the uncertainty of COVID restrictions. We also provided marketing and branding management including graphic design, social media management, publicity and promotion and stallholder coordination. Funded by Manningham City Councils Community Grant Program, the inaugural virtual Sakura Picnic was a huge success with the video reaching over 1500 Facebookers and a very happy committee.
