18.01.2022 What are the benefits for an investor purchasing an accredited NDIS Improved Livability Home? There are currently around 28,000 people that will require Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) - SDA refers to specialist accommodation for people who require integrated housing and independent living supports. It is generally for people with very high support needs. To meet this level of demand the supply and availability of SDA needs to grow. To support this, the funding available to participants for SDA has been designed to attract investment. At full scheme, total funding for SDA is expected to be around $700 million per year. This is to encourage investors to purchase new high quality, fit-for-purpose SDA homes.

18.01.2022 Did you know? To be eligible for the HomeBuilder Grant of $25,000, you must have a comprehensive building contract, signed by a licensed builder before 31st December 2020. Also, excavation and site preparation for your new home must have commenced within 3 months of signing the contract. It was a master stroke from Matilda who came up with the concept of the window opening over the kitchen island with a waterfall end. The window seamlessly closes together with the door and opens the whole wall up providing the ultimate indoor-outdoor flow and its perfect for our Queensland climate.
