A bowl of Hayr Çorbas (Goodwill Soup), will be available and served with a generous portion of freshly hand made Authentic Turkish Lava Puff Bread for $10.00 (AUD). Hayir Soup is popular all over the Middle East and Adana ile Hatay (Turkiye), mutfana ait bir lezzet.... Things commonly added include cumin, and lemon juice.
