02.01.2022 With small business doing it extremely tough at the moment I implore everyone to please consider the families behind every small business before putting through petty refund requests through delivery partners such as UberEats and Deliveroo. The below customer wanted bacon added to their 3 Mega Cheese burgers they ordered through Deliveroo. As Deliveroo does not give us the ability to make price adjustments to their orders we were unable to fulfill this request (it's not a pr...oblem through UberEats). The customer phone number was not working so we put a note in with the order apologizing and explaining why we can't make changes through Deliveroo. Next minute we are having to refund absolutely everything on the order despite there being nothing wrong with the food at all. This is a big loss to take during such difficult times so please people spare a thought for all the food retailers out there struggling to keep the lights on during these uncertain times before escalating such minor complaints #fryhard #bekind See more
