23.01.2022 Even though we are not holding the 2020 Brogo Bass Bash, we still had the release of approx 11,000+ Australian Bass AND 20,000 Estuary Perch into Brogo Dam last Friday. The release went well and we are all looking forward to the fish having a rest from us this year and growing bigger for next years bass bash. #brogo #fishing #australianbass

22.01.2022 Our beloved Marquees that some of the committee have great pleasure in watching get setup, where unfortunately lost whilst in storage in the bushfires that went thru our beautiful area. We are in the process of trying to source something for the 2020 Brogo Bass Bash, so there will be shade available and hopefully more importantly shelter from the rains!!!!!! On a brighter note - at this stage, to our knowledge, there has been no fish kills that we are aware of in the dam. The stocking program and BBB will be continuing as usual for 2020.

20.01.2022 Hi All, With regrets, sadly the 2020 BBB is just one more victim of COVID, so it has been decided by the committee that we should cancel this years event in the best interest for future competitions. However, what is still happening is - This years release of both Bass and Estuary Perch.... We will be holding an AGM, hopefully the same day the fish are released late November, early December Also, we are looking to produce shirts and caps for "the Bash that never was" that will be sold online to order. We are yet to design this shirt, so if anyone has got any ideas we would appreciate any input. So lets hope 2021 is a much better year where everyone is safe without fear of fires or disease, where we can all catch up at beautiful Brogo Dam to make the 2021 Bash the best ever. Cheers and stay safe - The Committee of Far South Coast Bass Stocking Association
