22.01.2022 I heard Andrew speak at a conference and this one idea has stayed with me for years. . Here's an example. You decide to get up early to run. You wake up then spend 20 minutes debating with yourself about whether you should run or stay in bed... Then you're out of time so you just get up and don't run. . But if you laid out your running gear, set your alarm and just decided to decide once then there is no debate. You've already decided. So when your alarm goes off you just d...o it. . A brilliant way of building resilience and letting kids discover just how strong they actually are. . After that I was exhausted so some time recovering on the beach was exactly what was needed! .
