24.01.2022 Changes to Super Funds From 31 October 2019 Inactive super accounts with less than $6,000 will be rolled over to the ATO, who will try to redistribute it to your active accounts.... If the ATO cant match the old accounts to your new account, they will hold onto your funds. Meaning your super will earn interest at a significantly reduced rate compared to what it would earn in an industry super fund account. We advise you to check on your super and see if you have any inactive or low-balance super funds BEFORE 31 October and consolidate it to your active account. Stu told us all about his team catching a giant Eastern Brown snake! Over 2.1 meters long!
