16.01.2022 Inspired by Reese's peanut butter cups and Ben and Jerry's peanut brittle ice cream (both my favourites) I bring to you whipped peanut butter fudge - absolutely fantastic. A must try to all you fudge lovers.

15.01.2022 We just wanted to pay a tribute to the woman behind the recipes of all the products Fudge Du Ciel has to offer. The amazingly gifted, and wonderful mother & grandmother, Barbara Raupp passed away on the 22nd of June. She was a master in the kitchen and will not be forgotten! Her talent has been passed along onto the next generation so we will be enjoying her fudge & sharing it with the world for many more years to come!
