23.01.2022 Coconut Macadamia...... Yummy!! This one has coconut and macadamia nuts throughout the white chocolate fudge as well as a good sprinkling of shredded coconut on top.

15.01.2022 Three new flavours will be available on Monday (possibly 4 or 5). They are Chocolate Crackle, Peanut Butter, and Cookies & Cream. I'm also working on one containing Irish Cream, and also a Salted Caramel.

13.01.2022 Another new flavour to try. Hedgehog is a blend of shortbread and chocolate biscuit crumbs with a few crushed nuts, all mixed into a milk chocolate fudge.

09.01.2022 CRUNCHIE HONEYCOMB is another new flavour added today. It's a blend of Milk (70%) and Dark Chocolate with honeycomb blended through.

03.01.2022 New variety available today; PRALINES & CREAM - this consist of layers, white choc fudge covered in a crunchy caramel layer, then nuts and another layer of white fudge with a topping of caramel Dolce de Leche swirled through. All taste testers have so far given their full approval!

02.01.2022 Salted Caramel has been the most popular fudge so far, so it's into the kitchen for more fudge making. For those interested in the process here is I photo of a one kilo block of fudge ready for cutting and for sale for Father's Day.

02.01.2022 Coconut Rough for a SPECIAL ORDER - Yes, this entire 1.3kg block of fudge has been ordered by a customer. He bought the last 2 x 100g packs I had yesterday and was back today to place his order for Monday. So 2 made today, one for the shop and another for the customer's order.
