07.01.2022 It can be easy to get distracted by life and before you know it, you havent been to the gym in weeks or months. Keeping focused can be hard, but its the days when you can let less important things take priority that you need to remember the day you decided to make a chang. Keep that day fresh in your mind. Remember why you started, and use that to drive you to keep going, even when you dont feel like it



06.01.2022 I remember when I first started. I felt almost embarrased in front of everyone at the gym, thinking everyone was watching me. I was so insecure and terrified I was doing it wrong. Guess what! I WAS!!! I look at my videos and understand why i had such bad lower back pain but I never gave up. I studied relentlessly, I wanted to know how to lift and be the best I could be. I'm still not perfect, and I will always be learning...(its one of the things I love most about the fitness industry. There is always more to learn and improve on) but I never gave up. Dont let your insecurities hold you back from doing great things
