Have u got some things In the pipeline that u are working towards ? Last year we got a bit jibbed cause of rona so I bet most events will get sold out this year.. let’s just hope rona stays away ! Here is my schedule of things I’m doing or rather what I have signed up for so far !! Allllllll the outer limits events. My love for trail running is huge !! My fav thing to do. Paddy specialises in group training/strength training/ rehab injury training/full body conditioning and functional movement training. ... Words from Paddy.... By the way in introduction my name is Darren(paddy) Andrews. I have been around the fitness industry pretty much all my working career. After a stint in the Defence force where I found a love for fitness and being part of and being around like minded people, I am now in the mining industry where I am currently employed on a 8 day on 6 day off roster as a blast technician. I have qualifications in Cert3/4 ASAC - level 1 I am a very involved PT that likes to laugh amd have fun all while achieving goals for you all. This year has been a tough one on alot of families and although donations were a little less than previous years the amount of support we receive is amazing so thank you thank you thank you. !! Each back pack contains a water bottle,a lunch box,coloured penciles, pencil case ,socks and sun smart hat and will help alot of children start the school year with the basic tools that every student needs.. To some they have never had anything new ! So can u imagine how excited they are to get a whole back pack full of some supplies for the new school year.. and best of all new socks. !!! You have no idea how the kids love new socks !! It’s amazing. So can u help ?!? Our aim this year is to supply 120 back packs to junior schools around our great city. What’s included in back pack... We are seeking the support of local businesses to sponsor our program by making donations to the value of... a week’s worth of supplies. Donations can be made by direct deposit into the Fuel for School’s bank account or via the donation of Coles/Woolworths gift cards including egift cards. We make weekly donations to all of the State High School’s in Townsville based on orders that the schools submit. We donate bread, UHT milk, jam, vegemite, peanut butter, honey, milo, canned spaghetti and baked beans. Community support of this initiative has been great with families donating extra items when they can, however, the current financial cost of our donations to schools equates to $250 per week. Donations in multiples of $250 will allow us to advertise via our social media (and inform the schools for mention in their newsletters) of whom that week has been sponsored by!!
