23.01.2022 A little morning workout for you all.. Working on upper body strength and core stability 30 secs per exercise, 5 rounds (no rest) - Push ups - Mountain climbers: slow to fast... - Bosu burpees (that's he technical name I use ) - Plank hold The bosu provides an unstable base of support which forces you to tap into those core muscles. I'd have to say it comes a close second to the skipping rope as one of my favourite pieces of exercise equipment. Correct form and muscle activation is so important with every exercise you perform. It takes time to train your body and build strength, but with that comes more control of your body and a better understanding of how the body works. Just like eating habits, exercise is not a once size fits all .. Take the time to learn and figure out what works for you and the best ways to move your body.
