10.01.2022 Friday afternoon mission for @murrayproperty cutting up and pulling out a broken air con unit from under the floor of this mansion in Edgecliff and altering a 32mm copper gas line so the new one will got back in between the joists. Great effort from everyone to get the job done so new unit could be installed first thing Monday morning.

08.01.2022 Cut out and replace burst copper water service today. Don’t forget your bonding straps (jumper cables) when disconnecting or cutting a water service. Faulty appliances can be earthered through copper water services and can cause electrocution.
