23.01.2022 AN OTHER LOVELY DAY AT THE FOLK FESTIVAL// @sonia_life_and_zenthai and me have been really enjoying being part of this great festival for the last 6 years. We have studied together @zenthaishiatsu with the wonderful @gwynzenthai. Our friendship grows every year by sharing these few days together and with the wonderful people of the festival. It is precious to share sessions with musicians, people from different part of the country/world and the locals. @ Illawarra Folk Festival

23.01.2022 WHY IS EVERY SESSION DIFFERENT?//When I have a massage myself I really do not like having a routine done to me without any presence. I value to offer sessions with creativity, flow, intuition, playfulness, presence and skill while addressing physical conditions of concern. : I try to step out of the way and aim to have a ‘therapeutic conversation’ with the body, to find out what would support it best from the variety of bodywork tools I use in my work at the time of the sess...ion. While moving through the range of techniques the aim is to keep coming back to allow the body to let go of tension, and let the therapeutic benefits happen within the body, while staying connected to the process. : The therapy only acts like a guide and reminder for the body to access a natural flow in our body and life. Aiming to give the freedom and empowerment back to the individual, to have a renewed enthusiasm to take care of themselves with the aid of known, and newly learned skills and techniques. See more

10.01.2022 FINDING THE PERFECT FIT// I've been learning and practicing different types of movement, yoga and bodywork methods for more than a decade. I've found that any training that I have come across had some parts that were not compatible with my interest or the way I wish to practice or be. So, I had to change and adapt those learnings to make it true for me, which I guess can be a normal learning process. This has now changed, while I've been studying Wuotai for the two last two w...eeks. This practice responds really well to how I enjoy working, practicing, thinking and feeling. The founder Roland Combes has studied osteopathy, embryology, anthropology, thai massage, acupuncture, I ching, kinesiology, eastern and western philosophy. This practice is also deeply immersed in science, research, testing and results. Meanwhile he is not taking himself seriously. The gestures as he call them came from thousands of hours of practice to respond to what he has felt was missing from what he has learned. I'm really keen to do more training in Woutai and add more Wuotai to my practice. Looking forward to get back into my clinic from the 10th of February. See more

06.01.2022 I'M VERY INSPIRED BY MY TRAINING IN WOUTAI//I'm currently participating in a two and a half weeks of intensive training of a revolutionary and visionary bodywork called Woutai. It is also called as 'osteo-dance' referring to the fusion of dance and osteopathy. Today the founder Roland Combes described this therapy playfully as the hacking into consciousness through fascia. I'm excited to add this type of bodywork to my sessions at my clinic. @ Sunshine Coast, Queensland
