01.01.2022 Well it is that time of year again! A time that brings families together and for some of us, a break from work. It’s also that time of year when we tend to treat ourselves with numerous treats Remember, it is alright to indulge here and there. Everything in moderation. How often should I have a cheat day? ... Well, firstly by calling it a cheat day makes it feel like you’re doing something bad. That’s just creating a negative vibe from the start. An important mindset for us to have is to be positive. This helps us to move forward and to be motivated to get closer to achieving our goals How often should you indulge then? There is no specific number or time frame because it would depend on the individual. It would depend on their health, lifestyle and weight goal Just like I tell my clients at Full Function Fitness. Be aware of your body. It will help with encouraging correct posture, reducing risk of injury, improving technique with exercise and many more beneficial factors. This is where you should be aware of what you eat as well. Be aware of when you indulge and what you indulge upon. This could also mean to limit your indulging quantity. Life is all about balance! Enjoy your Easter and be safe everyone I’ll be looking forward to training you after the Easter break #fullfunctionfitnessaus #personaltrainer #groupexercise #sportsspecific #easter #centralcoastnsw #functionaltraining
