25.01.2022 The Shitbox Fairmont is is in for a quick oil and filter change, and tyre rotation. Getting prepped for the 2021 Shitbox Rally in October. Raising money for the Cancer Council

23.01.2022 Here are some of the build pics of Dads smoker. Main cooking chamber made from an old hot water tank, and fire box made from a gas cylinder. Most of it was made from items found on the farm and off cuts in the shed, to create a personal one off item. I chose the rusty old items to symbolise different parts of dad’s life and interests. I clear coated the rusty bits to preserve the patina. The goal was to create a personal smoker, a focal point. It would have been easy to buy one from a shop but this was a lot more fun to build. Big thanks to my wife, my sister and brother in law and friends for helping with ideas.

23.01.2022 I think we just got this in time. New set of pins, bushes and plates to go on this big trailer. Only just fit on the hoist! It’ll be treated to a few other upgrades while it’s here, more to come

19.01.2022 New front rack made for Razorback Carpentry. Brackets are hidden to be neat and out of the way. Rack is easily removed. Hit up Quinny for any building needs, will travel.

17.01.2022 Another four Full Lock Recycling Frames loaded and ready for delivery. Two are going to Stirling North and two to Roxby Downs. These are $90 each inc gst and as you can see we can assist with delivery with prior arrangement. Inbox to order

17.01.2022 Another solar panel frame for a bore pump done. Welded a cap on the post to help prevent water getting in and rusting it out. Client will install themselves

15.01.2022 Another two recycling frames on their way to Roxby Downs. These are made to order and priced at $90 inc gst, good for cans and bottles, grass clippings etc.

13.01.2022 Fabricated a frame to hold two large solar panels for a solar pump. I’ll post another pic of it once installed, it’s heavy duty and will withstand harsh weather

10.01.2022 New tabs welded on and hard faced for a glass bottle crusher at the local recycling centre. These things cop a hiding so hopefully the new 40x8mm flat bar will last a while

10.01.2022 Customer recently bought this trailer new but he required a few changes. I cut the old A-frame off, made a new one out of RHS instead of angle and made it 400mm longer. I also braced up where it mounts to the trailer with 50x50x3mm rhs instead of the 2mm angle it had. Installed a new jockey wheel instead of the flip-up style. Also put 50x6mm flat bar between the leaf spring pack and the chassis to prevent rubbing through in the future. This will be much stronger for travelling out bush. Customer will paint it himself.

09.01.2022 Some tidy up jobs to this ute. Replaced the plastics on the bull bar with genuine Toyota parts and installed new Dobinsons shocks to the front. At 580000km this ute is a good reliable workhorse

08.01.2022 A wheel made for a client to lower a solar pump down a bore with ease. It’ll be strung up in the windmill tower

08.01.2022 How good would it be if a future Davis Cup winner started their tennis career by being a junior wearing a shirt with Full Lock Fabrication on it?! Highly unlikely, but the new junior shirts look great, we are proud to sponsor local sporting groups.

07.01.2022 This specialised ripper tyne digs under gas pipelines and it needed protection to prevent damaging the retaining pin. Should help to make it last longer now. Good to crank the amps up on this

05.01.2022 Custom pipe rack made for a new ute. Nothing available aftermarket so had to make it up as we went. Also made up a removable rear rack but didn’t get any pictures of it

03.01.2022 It is with great regret to inform you that our companion and workshop boss has passed away. He was known to sleep at the front of the shop and happily received pats from people walking past. It’ll never be the same without him by my side, letting me know when someone has stopped by, letting me know late at night when it was time to head home, or falling asleep on a strangers foot while we discussed a job. He was a permanent fixture on the back of my ute and guarded the tool box and Engel. RIP Judd, workshop boss and mans best friend.
