24.01.2022 Dog on the toolbox. Supervising is more effective when you’re up high !

22.01.2022 Back in the Lower Cotter Catchment to do some follow up planting for earlier work completed last Spring for ACT Parks and Conservation. Despite the horrible summer, most have survived, and establishing well. Over 7000 plants went into this site, half of which were planted by us. This area used to have a huge gully through the middle of it, called by some the Grand Canyon. Looks very different now!

22.01.2022 Never mind the emus on the way to work !

21.01.2022 Removed old, tired pebblecrete paving and mish-mash of concrete, adjusted all levels, replacing with new small-format concrete squares in terracotta colour. Really freshens up this outdoor space now!

06.01.2022 Before and after of a new revegetation site at the Cotter- planted last week. Diversion bank and dam constructed with Dozer, hessian matting overlaid entire site. This time we used more advanced trees and under planted with grass species.

06.01.2022 Paving went in a treat ! Artificial grass to be laid by Leisure Lawns over the old grassed areas.

05.01.2022 Recently completed front and backyard- new build in Taylor Raised the backyard almost 1m, rebuilt fence over new wall. Had to get creative with the manhole access in the lower corner- we installed a removable suspended deck in order to be able to practically utilise this space.

03.01.2022 Good way to round off the year, with some weed control work in Tidbinbilla. Not a bad view at all

03.01.2022 This was a neglected, weedy, dangerously sloped site. Works included new walls, deck landing with a handrail, and flagstone paving with fine river gravel in the gaps.
