From our previous experiences this process start to finish can take a solid 4-5 weeks even with all your ducks in a row. So PLEASE get cracking on this Yesterday!... BUILT TO BOX COMBAT SPORTS REGISTRATION Step 1: Police Check: I used 'Checked.com.au' It took a full 7 days to come back: -Checked: https://www.checked.com.au/ Step 2: Medical: You'll need to complete a medical assesment with your GP and have the below two forms signed off. - Certificate of Fitness: https://www.sport.act.gov.au//Certificate-of-Fitness-final - Serology Blood Testing Form: https://www.sport.act.gov.au//Guide-and-blood-testing-form I have printed a stack of these for you guys, Jack/Bryan has them at the front desk.
