21.01.2022 ATTENTION PARENTS JULY VACATION CARE NOTICE MONDAY THE 8TH of JULY IS NOW FULL Apple Orchard ... Fun 4 U

18.01.2022 VACATION CARE! Hours: 7:30am - 6pm ( Staff are there early to set up for the day. If you are unable to collect your children before 6pm please have an alternative pick up arrangement and notify the staff of this )... Please have forms and deposit back ASAP to avoid disappointment and also so activities, supply’s and the staff roster can be organised. Breakfast is provided till around 8:15 depending on the days activity. ( Afternoon tea is not ) please pack lunch, drink bottle and snacks for the day, remember the children are very active and will be very hungry throughout the day Spots are very limited for the first week of vacation Care, Tuesday 16th is full but has a wait list available, Wednesday 17th has ONLY 3 spots left and Thursday 18th is FULL. Week 2 has several spots available for the Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Tuesday the 23rd has limited spots for the activity. Monday the 29th is a Pupil free for HPS & Otford students. Holy Cross return to school.

03.01.2022 Yes that’s right we are in Week 6 of Term 3! So with that it means only four more weeks left of this term and then it’s School holidays! October Holidays are: Monday the 30th of September to Friday the 11th of October ( Monday 7th is a public Holiday and we are closed, also no Pupil free this term. All school return Monday the 14th ) We are currently working on and booking activities for October Vacation Care!... Please keep an eye out for the release of the forms. We will post a link on here for you to fill in and hand back in And/ Or if your child usually attends Vac Care we will email you a copy Activities include excursions such as Hangtime, Science Centre, Tradies, Symbio, Golf Range and Apple Orchard. Activities at the centre will include craft, Bike/ Scooter Day and Spooky Movie Screen day where we will be encouraging everyone to dress up in their Halloween outfits Please keep in mind it’s first in best dressed, bookings per day are limited especially on Excursions due to transport and child to staff ratio.
