25.01.2022 Bone Density and Resistance Training. This delightful lady began working with me in 2015 after receiving her bone density results and observing a significant decrease in both in her Femoral and Spine values. Over the last 5 years she has worked steadily, attending one on one physiotherapy exercise sessions where a program is set for the next fortnight and then following this program at the local gym. 11.01.2022 First wound dressing today and had my first look at the stitches. I think I counted a lucky 13, not bad for a tiny mole , having a few tiny skin cancers cut out over time could create an interesting effect, and probably not the one I was going for when I was tanning. Spray tans looking even better right now.
