15.01.2022 Did you know when you eat food when you are angry, stressed or depressed your gut processes the food in a less affective way then eating food in a more relaxed social environment.

14.01.2022 Interesting, fascinating and educational.

12.01.2022 Consider we have two brains, the brain that sits between our ears and also the brain that sits in our gut. The mind/gut connection has an intimate communication which can influence the symptoms of depression and anxiety. For example, if a client has anxiety he will discuss his upset stomach. There is also a flow-on- effect of clinical hypnotherapy which is considered in various research. That is, improved sleeping, feeling more relaxed, and an overall sense of wellbeing.

11.01.2022 Wow! Such lovely comments. I have crossed out some text to respect the persons privacy

10.01.2022 Well researched and proven hypnotherapy protocol. Gastrointestinal issues, like IBS, can be initiated in the brain or gut. The gut is often referred to as the little brain. What you think or how you feel directly affects the way in your gut feels and behaves. For example, stress alters brain networks and the output of stress neurochemicals alter the function of the intestines. Clinical trials for this gut-directed hypnotherapy protocol has success rates range from 53% to 94% (Palsson & Tilburg, 2015). Follow - up on the trails indicated the therapeutic benefits are maintained.
