06.01.2022 Group photo of our competitors from our first deadlift only comp today, Was an awesome day filled with many Pb's!!

04.01.2022 "POST BODYBUILDING COMP BLUES" Is a load of crap! After every bodybuilding comp I hear horror stories of people who have put on 10 kilos in a week. After Arnold...s this year I heard of a bikini competitor putting on 8 kilos in a single weekend. It's an absolute disgrace and completely unethical for coaches to take such extreme measures for their athlete to look good for literally a single day and then they are fat again. Our lifter Paris did a 6 month prep with us going from 25% to 14.8% and competed at Arnolds eating 2000 calories right up until the day of the competition, doing heavy weight training and zero cardio. After her comp she had no desire to binge eat as she hadn't been starved. She also continued to train 3 - 4 days a week and enjoyed it, because she wasn't over trained. She had her treats, took her training intensity back 50%, and is now increasing her calorie intake to well over 3000 calories. As of this week Paris is at 2300 calories and has not gained any excess weight or fat. She will now easily maintain 15-16% until her next comp (Arnold Classic 2018) and will come in even better and will do it a lot more efficiently training smarter and eating more. When you treat bodybuilding clients like real athletes, their physical and mental outcomes reflect it. This is how we treat all our athletes at Lifters League. Here are her scans and pinches from a week after her comp. #belikeparis #liftersleague
