Chroma has grown from consistently all year with our community getting bigger with friends joing in Chroma Crew to build and develop themselves! Our coaching crew has also grown with 5 coaches in the team now & working to progress themselves to keep developing our members! Quite often the hamstring fees tight due to hip orientation (typically anterior tilt) which lengthens the hamstring which then feels tight. This can be corrected by actually mobilising other muscle groups to allow the hamstring to sit at a more ideal length which then removes the tight feeling. not only this but hamstring can also try to create hip stability when other muscles are no doing their job effectively due to a number of things. this can mean stability work on the hip will actually solve the issue without ever stretching hamstring This means its really important to go see a professional to understand why you have "tight" hamstrings before jumping in and stretching them to infinity because you may be causing more problems than your solving This mobility drill is a simple one to do with a foam roller at home or before your chosen sport to create a bit of mobilisation and coactivation between quads and hamstrings which is a great way to prepare for performance
