19.01.2022 Hi all, thanks for liking my page! I am using this as a forum to share points of interest along my journey to completing my degree. As some of you are aware I am studying Sports and Exercise Science. My current goal is to excel as a coach, whether it be strength and conditioning, cycling, or another field altogether only the future will tell. I am doing some coaching now and some personal training and luckily have access to a great training facility. Always happy to help with any training questions you have, if I don't know the answer I will do my best to guide you whether it be resistance training, conditioning, nutrition, whatever!
