For those of you who are interested in doing the Wednesday and Friday classes - tomorrow, Wednesday 22nd will be the last Wednesday class run on my page and the Friday class will be run through the private FB group, more info below. James Adam Fitness will be changing over to Function Fitness - the class on Monday 6am will remain free, while the Wednesday and Friday classes can be accessed ...by joining FF for $10/week. This cost is charged every 2 weeks, $20 a time and can be cancelled at any point by contacting me. The main goal of FF is to provide fitness in the comfort of your home during these trying times and support mental health, support your fitness level and push it to the next stage. Working out together makes things easy, helps to maintain routine and it's good to be pushed - more the merrier! To join, please head to the link below to start your subscription. https://bit.ly/2x2McPZ The Wednesday and Friday classes can be accessed through our FF group once you have started your subscription. You will be invited to join and the Wednesday and Friday classes will be run through this private group at 6am live on those days. 06.01.2022 It's important to stretch the wrists to maintain good flexibility. Many important movements in the gym require good wrist mobility such as back squats. Hold each stretch for 1 - 2 mins repeating 2 - 3 times. Be very gentle initially as movement will be limited.
