09.01.2022 SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING Starting MONDAY, for the first two weeks of May our coaches will be running COMPLIMENTARY small group strength sessions for our members. We want to educate you in the benefits of strength training and this is a fantastic opportunity to improve your overall health, body composition, become more familiar with the Gym Zone and Athletic Zone as well as compliment your HIIT, Yoga or pilates workouts. Strength Training Will... Have the biggest impact on changing body composition Build lean muscle mass (which is what fat burns) Decreases risk of osteoporosis and other disease Increase your strength and confidence Promote growth for hair, nails and skin Slow down the unavoidable ageing process EMPOWER! Strength Training Will NOT Make you bulky/big/chunky Book in via the timetable and let’s get strength training. One class per member please.
