Earring backings are designed to stay on without much help from you. They dont needs to be pushed tight to secure them in place. ... This client tightened their backings so tight the skin was growing AROUND the backing. Please visit your piercer if you have concerns about your piercings, injuries like this can be easily avoided if fixed fast enough.
