09.01.2022 Meet Nina - I have been in the early childhood industry for 13 years and I am currently on maternity leave. Being an early childhood educator is important to me because I have the privilege of not only being a part of children’s lives at such an important time but to also be able to help engage them to develop a foundation for the love of life long learning. It allows me to make a difference in the community. It allows me to share my love of learning, inspire learning and... growth. It also makes me so happy to see children’s smiling faces everyday, especially when they achieve something. It allows me to build a child’s confidence and self esteem. It is a privilege to be an educator as I feel like I can make a difference and build up our future generations to become greater than the generation before.
