For us it’s personal, with one of our own team members now facing a lifetime of support from the Cerebral Palsy Alliance, after giving birth to their son Kai. Welcoming their first son Kai into this world it was far from a smooth entry and as a result a brain injury was caused at birth. Kai has been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy.... So this month we’re getting behind Talei, Mitch, Kai and the thousands living with Cerebral Palsy. This chocolate nice cream inspired bowl is topped with paleo hero vegan muesli giving the perfect crunchy texture.... YOU'LL NEED 1x organic frozen banana 5x Ashbern Farm cert. organic strawberries (three to blend, two to top) 1 tbsp cacao Dash plant milk we love Nutty Bruce Almond & Coconut 1/2 cup @paleohero vegan muesli 2 tbsp cacao nibs METHOD: 1. Blend banana, strawberries and cacao add a dash of milk to allow movement and find desired consistency (less is more here, we want it to resemble ice cream. 08.01.2022 Snack time Chocolate coated, almond butter stuffed dates - genuine heaven! 10 Medjool dates 10 teaspoons of almond butter (or any other nut butter) 60g cacao butter... 3 tablespoons of cacao powder 4 tablespoons of date syrup Place the cacao butter, cacao powder and date syrup into a pan over a low heat and cook until everything has melted. Pit the dates and stuff each with 1 teaspoon of nut butter. Place the dates on a wire rack with a tray underneath and drizzle a tablespoon of the chocolate mixture over each.
