20.01.2022 I just finished organising my funeral. I am thrilled with the lovely booklet and Reflection PPT of photos and music that my niece, Jesamine prepared. I thought "It's so beautiful, I can't wait!" I realised what I'd said and thought instead how lucky I am to see it now. It also made me realise that, despite any setbacks that had come my way, I have had a great life! I enjoyed the time I spent choosing photos, readings and music. The most interesting part for me was writing ...my own ceremony. I was baffled at first, but in the end I wrote the Eulogy with a message to brother to rewrite it in his own words if preferred. I think my daughter will be pleased that all she has to do is add some words on behalf of her and my grandsons. I wrote a short paragraph on how I lived my life. It made me feel happy after I'd finished, satisfied that I had told my story. See more

13.01.2022 Tip: If you are creating your own Reflection Display (photos with music) for the ceremony, make sure you follow the format advice that you are given by the Funeral Arranger; and most importantly, ring the venue before the day of the service and ask for some time in the chapel to test it.
