17.01.2022 Hello Everyone, I hope the Christmas and new year period treated you all well! If you are looking to start off your new year with a good deed why not head out to Civic Park on Saturday the 9th for a group fitness session in the park starting at 8AM. I please ask that you bring a water bottle and your own mat as mats will be limited on the morning. ... $5 to be paid before the session starts and all proceeds will be going to the Children's Variety. Lauren and I will be doing mighty chop on the 22nd and there will be photos up about that as well once that happens!
