01.01.2022 Plank, plank, plank! For plank sake just plank... lol Not only can a plank help your core, arms, legs and butt it is extremely good for your mind as you have to focus. So many people hate planks. I think it’s coz they try and go for 2 or 5 mins straight up. Then get disappointed when they can’t reach that goal. Why not aim to do 4 x 30 sec planks or start at 30 secs and then just add on 5 secs every day?
