25.01.2022 Module leather " Montis" Sling Chair c 1970s. This Module Australian made chair is in leather hide, on a canvas sling over a timber frame. Its licensed from Montis Holland and has a great Danish modern feel. It has a light feel in a room and has a comfy, generous sling style seat. A little mark here and there but overall in good condition. Very rare piece of early design from Montis, produced by an Australian mid century furniture master. $450

06.01.2022 Fully restored 1950s/60s "Burgess" sideboard. Striped of its tarnished shiny lacquer, coloured with a Teak stain like the original unit was and finished with 2 coats of Danish Oil. Trimmed with solid Silky Oak, heaps of storage space, amazing legs and recessed drawer fronts this is a real cracker. 1510 x 810 high x 500 wide. Burgess Furniture have been around since the late 1800s. Originally making reproduction English furniture, they made original mid century modern fur...niture during the 50s and 60s and made some cool quality pieces during this period. Even though this sideboard has been restored it still has that awesome mid century modern look and beautiful patina. The Danish oil finish gives the unit a more modern matt finish as opposed to the hard shiny gloss finish of the original. "SOLD" For Sale F$1450 See more

02.01.2022 FINISHED Vintage timber Map Plan drawers. Restored and refinished with bees wax. Have left the current patina and it looks awesome. All drawers have a plywood base and all slide in and out comfortably. Timber boards on the sides have shrunk and opened up slightly, over the last 70 to 80 years, but has not affected its structural integrity. For Sale $850 "SOLD"
