22.01.2022 Obstacle courses, orange octopi and opposites ... what more could you want from your Friday!! Our Funky Phonics children are also getting really good at recognising each sound and reading words made with those sounds. Well done!!

We have created a fun, interactive course which will enable your child to gain key skills needed. We have so much fun at Funky Phonics - not only do they learn a sound each week, we have lots of fun activities related to that sound.... Term 4 is just around the corner and not long till some of your little ones are starting school! 13.01.2022 Today was ... garbage!!

04.01.2022 Today we looked at the sound ‘g’! We did some gardening and planted some grass seeds to make grass heads. We used our garbage grabbers to pick up all the garbage and sort the pictures with their sound. ... We had a guessing game to guess what was in the feely bag. And if that wasn’t enough, we listened to some sounds of things that could be found in our garden and sang a song about a green frog !! We even had a visit from a tiny puppy called Maggie!!
