15.01.2022 Did you know that we are surrounded by science! It is amazing how a caterpillar become a beautiful butterfly or how the colour of a plant(green pigment known as chlorophyll) helps traps the sun's ray which in turn produces food for the plant to grow. It is also amazing how an microscopic organism (Coronovirus) can subsequently cause chaos to the world in the form of a global pandemic! This is and continues to be a learning opportunity for all as it teaches as that anythin...g or anyone(regardless of age) can make a global impact. After an eventful 2020, we hope to start a few learning series. They include the 'Do you know' series which includes lots of scientific facts about the world around us. Do you have a question that you are wanting to know the answer to? Our 'Ask the Scientist' series is just the platform for you! If your child has a question they would like an answer to, our in house scientists will endeavour to get the answers to you. Please Like, Share and Follow to get regular updates!

10.01.2022 Did you know..... I found a long green friend in my garden hiding under a green leaf. It took me a while to find it. When we can't see insects or animals when they are in plain sight, we say they camouflage with the environment. That means they try to blend in with the colours around them so that other animals don't eat them. This long green friend with lots of tiny legs is called a caterpillar!
