01.01.2022 Peanut soup So this one of my secrets (not really a secret) visiting people dish (winter). It is one of this dishes that very easy to do and give you all the compliments. 3 carats peeled and washed 2 Celery sticks... 1 onion 1/2 cup of peanut butter (smooth) 1 cup of milk 1 cup of whipping cream. Salt pepper. Boil the veg with water until soft. Mush all in your favorite way. Add the peanut butter milk and cream while mixing. Serve :) It is very hard to reheat this soup in a pot as it very easy buern. Vegan or not vegan can replace the milk and the cream with coconut cream. When you mix it see if it need more or less peanut butter according to tasting. Can put crushed peanuts as decoration. Going well with chilli/garlic paste to the hot lovers. See more
