23.01.2022 This is what I live by! I know Im not the best at being involved in social media posts. What I do hope is that I can help make a difference in lives. Real people, real stories. Im not going to post heaps of pics of my abs and what I eat. Its more for me about how to empower, engage and help people. The fitness industry and promoters of it are indirectly making people feel insecure. I will never be about that. I want more than nothing else for my clients to feel special, comfortable and confident. If Ive helped in anyway achieve that then mission complete.

18.01.2022 I love working out at home! Try this: 4 rounds of each exercise in the rounds Section 1 body weight:... 5 inch worms 5 squat jumps. Section 2: 10 kettle bell deadlifts (I used the two 8kgs) 10 kettle bell swings (9kg ball with handles) Section 3: 500 meter run (Im lucky to have a treadmill) if not run on the spot for 2-3 minutes Section 4: Kettle bell double upright row x 10 10 double kettle bell lunges. 06.01.2022 Are you focusing on the scales more than how you look and feel? Are you trying to drop a dress size by a certain date or time? Are you doing 12 week programs but arent seeing results and once the 12 weeks are up quitting.... Stop! Focusing on a quick fix or an idea on how you should look isnt going to achieve a long term result. Maintaining a dress size isnt about over exercising and being a calorie counting miserable person. It is pretty simple. Its a lifestyle choice, its commitment and balance. Its having fun! If you are not having fun and just going through the motions then its just not sustainable.
