25.01.2022 Team members Leanne and Kirsty repaired and reattached the gates in the Daisy May Paddock that the cows broke. Ozzie made sure, as site supervisor, to inspect the quality......or suss out what he could break next! FUREVER FARM - Where the voiceless come to speak

22.01.2022 At it again. Jobe and Ted visited Max again on his favourite couch. Try as they did to torment him, Max was having a 'flat out like a pancake' day. ... Photographs: Nelly Carson. FUREVER FARM - Where the voiceless come to speak

22.01.2022 This is an album where everyone can meet the residents of Furever Farm!

22.01.2022 Donkey. Paint. Donkey and Paint.....just because!... These two have become the best of friends, especially since dining together in their slimming yards. Each and every day we see them standing together under the shade of the big tree and playing together, getting that important exercise time. Nothing quite like an equine miss mash! 19.01.2022 Whilst working in the Daisy May Paddock we visited our beautiful boy today. Each and every animal that has passed at Furever Farm has their own special resting place. All are marked with our personal words; heartfelt, genuine and honest. Our big cuddly bear. Loving, gentle and beautiful. All words that describe dear Charlie so well. Like their animal family, we occassionally stop and remember. We afford them the same dignity, resprct and love in death as they deservedly rece...ived in life. We stop, we kneel and we talk to the babies that stole our hearts. We picture them, for we will never forget them. We sit in silence at times just allowing the memories to come flooding back and the tears to flow. Even as we work and walk past any of our babies resting spots we must look and vision as we pass. It can't be helped, it's what you do when you have loved someone that much. Today it was Charlie. It was nice to sit with you today dear soul and feel your presence, remember your beautiful face and experience, again, your gorgeous personality. Tomorrow it may be another resting place. The same feelings and respect will flow. For they are not gone as long as we have a memory. They will forever sit within our hearts. FUREVER FARM - Where the voiceless come to speak

18.01.2022 Up and about, striking a pose and lapping up the attention, BB has turned his corner. We are nearly about ready to call this a success! BB 's healing has gone perfectly and his recovery devine. His demeanour has sky-rocketed and his acceptance, gentleness and happiness climbed that initial mountain. We're here for you BB. Welcome to the rest of your life. ... FUREVER FARM - Where the voiceless come to speak

10.01.2022 There was movement at the station For the word had passed around At this place they don't kill animals They build shelters like funky town... They welcome all and sundry Whoever they may be Shade from sunshine and rain And safety for all to see The paddocks are filled with love And their hearts are open too They give you a home for life There, you're not just passing through So we head across the dry grass In search of this metal frame We find it, oh what a beauty And like us they'll give it a name We can't wait to sleep within this Place of thoughtful gain To be protected from the elements Today, tomorrow and then again It really is true, it's amazing Here we never come to any harm The voiceless, they come to speak In this place called Furever Farm. 10.01.2022 Furever Farm needs you! We are in the process of restructuring our Fundraising Team. The running of a sanctuary and the care of the beautiful animals is expensive, so fundraising is much more of an important aspect than many would think. We need people who want to drive this bus with us! Eager forward thinkers who don't just wish to put the foot forward but hit the ground running. ... Please, message us if you want to volunteer your time and become part of the Furever Farm family which, of course, includes the animals! They need our help NOW! We need your help NOW! 08.01.2022 Work was well underway at the farm today as shelter builders extraordinaires Kym & Garvan erected half of what will be a massive shelter for the animals in the Daisy May Paddock. Through a warm day these gentlemen.....and Darren....toiled away cementing part of the frame into very hard earth. With augers, jack hammers, crow bars and lots of energy both end frames were secured. There may be more to do - finish the frame and clad with iron - but it is under way and soon to be ...ready for the animals. Thank you heaps Kym & Garvan, such a mammoth effort again from two people that have become reliable in seeing the animals with shade. FUREVER FARM - Where the voiceless come to speak

07.01.2022 Oops. Another post that was not destined for this page. But to those who have seen it, let me explain. Pulled over to save a koala that had fallen out of a tree. Stayed with him till he regained full conciousness and ushered him off the road and back up a tree. Did a U-turn then........... Because we care! Some kind people pulled over and saved me! 4 WD me out of the fix. Poor Furever Farm ute. FUREVER FARM - Where the voiceless come to speak

01.01.2022 To update everyone on dear BB, he is doing so well! Recovery is going a treat and thus far no negatives. The wound is looking fantastic and BB's happiness is growing daily. Gone is the struggle with spraying his wound several times daily and replaced by a boy who is now comfortable enough to just stand and let us treat him. After each treatment we give BB a nice kiss and cuddle. We stroke his back and reassure him that it's all okay and will be over soon. ... BB has taken to calling out to us whenever he sees us, willing us to come and say hello and give him a little pat. He is growing to love his place here and he will, soon enough, meet others like him. He will finally have his flock and people who love him. Photographs: Nelly Carson. FUREVER FARM - Where the voiceless come to speak
