16.01.2022 As I've previously said, prices for chests of drawers have increased during COVID-19, selling at the same price or more than what I sell my finished make-overs for. So I picked up this table the other day. Let's see how this turns out. Take care...and stay safe :)
16.01.2022 This previously owned lowboy has had a number of make-overs, but here is the final finish. A modern touch and aged look. Don't know how old the unit is, but it's long-time owner was 94. A light weight yet solid little piece, dovetail drawer joints. Will be for sale on Gold Coast Facebook market place's and Gumtree today.
05.01.2022 Making the best of opportunity and stepping away from chest of drawers for now (due to the cost of buying them is not viable) I've added this coffee table to my work load to make-over this week. At first glance it looked ok, then once I checked it out at home, there is more prep work needed than expected. But, should turn out pretty good I hope! :)
02.01.2022 Originally, I had heavily distressed this chest of drawers as you can see with the photos in another post. However, I decided to put more white back into it. Both work, personally, I prefer the original dis-stressing. But, the way it is now you can distress it to your own liking.... It will be posted on Facebook Market places tomorrow 10 July 2020. 02.01.2022 One of 3 pieces I'm about to make-over. I like the shape of this chest of drawers. Some work to do on it in preparation for it's makeover. I'd really like to blend some colour into this. Not sure exactly what I'm going to do yet. Time to stay white or get more creative. hmmmmmm :)
02.01.2022 Hello, I hope all is going good as Queensland restrictions ease. I'm still working on this chest of 4 drawers.... undecided on the final finish. I think it actually looks better in real life than the photos. Then again I'm not the greatest photographer at the best of times. But once it's finished it will be for sale on Facebook and Gumtree.
