25.01.2022 Healthy snack idea for you all PROTIEN CHOC PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 1 cup of dates pitted ... 175 grams of mixed nuts 2 tablespoons of cocoa 2 tablespoons of rice malt syrup Half a scoop of chocolate protien powder 2 tablespoons peanut butter Couple of teaspoons of water to make them moist. Mix all ingredients in blender and roll into balls These are delicious! And easy to make My own recipe I made them up enough for the fortnight for healthy snacks if they last that long haha Let me know if you make them and enjoy



25.01.2022 So exciting!!!! Since august with determination hard work, lots of sweat and consistency to my food and workouts I have lost 13 kilos! I did let myself go a little the year before, as I was too busy helping everyone else to reach goals and also covid and my other 2 jobs took over, even though I always exercise I slipped up on my nutrition for about a year, still always eating healthy but just too much food, but it happens! Being a personal trainer doesn’t mean you don...’t put on weight and you are always on point with food, it’s just as hard for me as it is anyone else. Today I’m happy with all my hard work so I decided to reward myself and buy myself some new workout clothes which hardly ever happens if you know me you know I wear clothes too death lol and hardly ever buy myself things, I would rather give to others or the kids but for once I brought myself something and they came today! Can’t wait to workout tonight just so I can wear them.

20.01.2022 Are you trying to lose weight? not having much luck? Or are your kicking your butt in workouts and think this mustn’t work? It’s not the exercise routine I can tell you. ... To lose fat you must be in a calorie deficit, nothing else works! My advice would be check your calorie intake, after all we do eat with our eyes and can easily be eating more then we are burning. Download my fitness pal, it’s a great tool to use to help you do that. If this sounds like you then your probably not in a calorie defecit and too lose fat you need to be! No shakes, pills, exercise plan will work unless your in a calorie deficit, it’s just not possible. 16.01.2022 If you still look good after your workout then you haven’t work hard enough!!! Today I did upper body weight training and core in my first 68 mins and then the second shot is sprints out in the backyard. Feeling awesome now time for pancakes and heaps of water ... Thought I’d share with you all that I completed a killer workout today, was so hard!!! and guess what it killed my beautiful straight hair too haha here’s the before workout hair and after workout hair haha But anyway I still love it!

09.01.2022 Hey everyone I’ve noticed I’ve had a few more new likes on my page lately so I thought I’d jump on & introduce myself to all of the newcomers. Hey I’m Danny ... I have been in the fitness industry for just going on 8 years now & trained and worked for 2 years in a gym while becoming a fully qualified personal trainer, coach & fitness instructor & then metafit and metapwr coach later on down the track. ( so that’s 10 years really) I found my true passion in life in my 30s and that’s this job! I love helping others too achieve their goals whatever they may be (other then my husband that is haha ) I haven’t always been fit and healthy, in my early 20s I partied a lot! I went out with friends, I ate a lot of junk food, and never exercised at all I wasn’t healthy at all but hey that’s life! I wouldn’t change it I turned my health around in my early 20s when I had my son & then in my 30s I transformed my body and lost over 30 kilos I love Netflix and watching true crime shows and anything that’s like a mystery type show I have only a handful of friends (1-2 really as I can be quite shy sometimes i love walking my dog and just living a healthy stress free life I have 3 stepchildren, 1 son and a wonderful husband even if he does pull faces in the photos haha I love helping people get results & have extensive knowledge in my field I also do love food any food

I’m still also on a weight loss journey and 8.7 kilos down and 54cms lost since August which has been hard! Lots or dedication & motivation involved getting in shape doesn’t come easily! 09.01.2022 Hey everyone hope you are all well & looking forward to the next week of Christmas & festivities! Since last Tuesday I’ve unfortunately been unwell & still on the mend but will get their after a little more rest, so I’ve decided to finish up for this year a few days early so I can take some time to let my body and health recover properly instead of rushing back into it like I normally do. So we wanted to take the time to thank all of you for your continued support this ye...ar with everything that happened this year you guys still were their when it was time to get back into it & from the bottom of my heart I thank you very much for that!!! Health & Fitness & helping others is my true passion & I feel very lucky to have this job & little business. I also wish all of you the best Christmas and new year possible!!! And hope you all get time with your families and friends and get spoilt rotten! After I recover & get through Christmas and the new year I plan to be back on the 4th of January & would love to see you all for another year of fun reaching goals & fitness SEE YOU ALL IN 2021!!!! 07.01.2022 Healthy start to the day Chocolate protien oats with banana & Greek yoghurt. These are the best! here’s the recipe for you all.... 40 grams quick oats 1 cup of boiled water Chocolate protein powder half a scoop Half a banana 1 tablespoon of Greek yoghurt Mix oats with water, cut up banana & add Greek yoghurt. Let me know if you try them, I love them and they keep me full until lunch time.

03.01.2022 Today I’m going to share with you all a bit about my journey and my progress 7 weeks ago I decided to kick my butt into gear again after being far to relaxed with my eating habits for about 6 months or so. I wasn’t eating a lot of junk food but was overeating healthy foods and not seeing any results, even though I was still exercising 6 days, sometimes even 7 days a week and walking as well, no further weight loss was happening so that meant I was no longer in a calorie d...eficit and no matter how much I did it wouldn’t change unless I made changes to my nutrition. Over the last few years yes I have lost around 30 kilos, but then after a while I just stopped taking notice of my food intake and the weight started to creep back on, I put back on 8 kilos even though my workouts were hard I wasn’t losing weight because their was no calorie deficit, I was overeating again, and this time with healthy foodds and overtraining. So as my goal is too still loose a few kilos and increase strength (or muscle mass) I started my own 8 week challenge 7 weeks ago. During this time I have focused on my food intake and making sure I’m eating all of my macronutrients, carbs, fats and protein because their has been times where I have cut out food groups and it doesn’t make me feel good, have worked really really hard to stay within my calorie goal and stay in my calorie deficit so I can reach my goals. I’m happy to say at week 7 I’m pleased with my efforts Before this I was doing so much cardio 6-7 days a week,30 minute hour classes daily and walking daily and barely any weights, I was probably doing 8- 10 hours of exercise a week and still seeing small changes. Now I’m lifting weights, dound about 6 hours a week exercise, doing only 1-2 days of cardio a week and hardly any walking and my body composition has change dramatically. I will be sharing progress photos and measurements in about 4 more weeks but happy to say I have lost 4.5 kilos and am so much stronger already. I wanted to share this today with you all, in hope it will motivate you to keep going, keep trying, keep changing it up and look at your nutrition because when your not seeing results it’s usually got to do with your food intake and not how hard you are working. happy Saturday x My lunch today was delicious and includes all food groups.
